Where to Start:
If you are new to the program, consider beginning with Your First Step #1 in the Empowerment series). It eases you into the program and the "Mommy and I are one/Daddy and I are one" healing and processing.
If your situation requires immediate action, feel comfortable going directly to a related topic (i.e. if you are ill, start with Open to Healing # 1 in the Healing and Wellness series. If you are facing a major change, start with Accept Changes and Face Your Future # 6 in the Empowerment series or Be Proactive #1 in the Success series).
How to Use SuperSleep® recordings:
Playing a CD
Put the CD on when you are ready to go to sleep. It may take one to three nights to establish your routine: setting up equipment, adjusting the volume, becoming comfortable sleeping to a voice, discovering your own processing style, etc.
The volume can be so low you barely hear the music.
If you have concerns about others hearing your CD, you can use earphones (which are often uncomfortable). You can also use a pillow speaker, which is a small speaker that plugs into the earphones plug on your machine and slips into your pillowcase.
We get a large number of calls from people who want to be able to hear every word on the CD. You have a word for word script which tells you every word. Wanting to listen to it awake is often a personal fear and control issue. Please realize the program is only effective when used in the theta brainwave state (asleep).

Redefining Normal:
When you work with SuperSleep® recordings, ANYTHING and EVERYTHING is normal, and out-of-the-ordinary events can become quite commonplace. (see What Can I Expect? in the Questions & Answers section).
Supporting Your Process:
You're releasing stored memories, emotions, habits, and patterns from a lifetime. Be gentle with yourself.
Treat yourself as you would during a mild illness. Get lots of rest, drink plenty of liquids, do self nurturing activities - hot tub/bath, Epsom salt soaks, leisure time outdoors - or whatever means healthy treats to you. Consider body work - massage, accupressure, etc. to facilitate physical release.
Staying Balanced During Core Level Changes:
Balance Your Energy Centers, # 2 in the Healing and Wellness series, helps most people remain balanced during significant processing.
Begin by listening to Balancing Your Energy Centers for 21 to 30 nights and continue listening until you feel balanced. Then, when you are listening to a CD that includes a core level issue, listen to the two CDs alternately.
For instance, if you had severe childhood abuse and will be listening to Heal Your Childhood, # 2 in the Empowerment series, you could follow this schedule:
Day 1 Balance Your Energy Centers Day 2 Heal Your Childhood Day 3 Balance Your Energy Centers Day 4 Heal Your Childhood Day 5 Balance Your Energy Centers Day 6 Heal Your Childhood Day 7 Balance Your Energy Centers
Continue this pattern until you have heard the new recording 21-30 times.
Note: if you use a CD changer to listen to the two CD's simultaneously, PLEASE complete the 21-30 nights on Balancing Your Energy Centers first. Processing one CD can be "interesting." Processing two together can be "challenging."
When bad things happen on good recordings:
Take a long term big picture approach to events during and after listening to a CD. For instance, if you ask for increased health and vitality and get in a car wreck (as I once did), look beneath the surface of the event.
In this case, I was injured enough to require chiropractic and X-rays. During that treatment, I learned I had injured my neck at age 16 and was developing a stiff neck. With the treatments, I regained my neck flexibility - which means I increased my health and vitality.
Experiences like this taught me to add "as appropriate" and "in peace and grace" liberally throughout my scripts.
Other People:
People mentioned on your CD may change behavior, even though they have no conscious knowledge of your actions. Clients report people from their past calling to apologize, ask forgiveness, renew acquaintance, or whatever actions might be in alignment with the script.
Pets:
One client called to tell me her cats never sleep with her until she turns on a recording. Then they crowd around her head to "listen."
One client reported his dog barks at the recorder the nights he forgets to turn it on.
Synchronicities:
Watch for meaningful coincidences. They are a sign you are shifting and moving into your new patterns. They can be chance meetings, receiving gifts of what you've been seeking, learning new information that answers one of your questions, etc. My experience is they become so commonplace you begin to take them for granted!
Interaction with Electronic Equipment:
Many clients have different experiences with the recordings or the equipment. Machines malfunction, CD's go blank or skip sections, etc. For instance, when I was converting the product line from tapes to CD's, the sound studio technicians reported "impossible" things happening. On the Opening to Wealth master, the word and music tracks on the reel to reel originals kept switching!
When I create scripts for clients with severe issues to dissolve, I monitor my computer and printer malfunctions. It is not unusual for core issue statements to disappear off the screen and/or the printer to stop printing before that statement or in mid-sentence. I then know to expand the clearing script around these statements.
Celebrating Your Successes:
I have been through many phases with the SuperSleep® program. In the beginning, I was astonished it worked at all and each change was like a little miracle. Then I began to expect them and take them for granted. Then I moved into the "well why can't I change... overnight ?"
Now, my challenge is to take time for reflection and gratitude. I get caught up in my present situation without appreciating how far and fast I have shifted from my past situation, even if the past means two days ago!
This is truly a remarkable and powerful process. I have used it since 1985 to change every aspect of myself and my life.
